Terms of Service

1. Agreement

These Terms govern your use of honeyvectors.com and any audit, report, or service we provide through it. By using the site or submitting a request, you agree to them. If you are acting for a company, you confirm you may bind that company.

2. Our services

We provide website revenue-leak audits and adaptive websites and related software. Marketing statements, sample outputs, and estimated timelines (such as delivery in 3–5 days) describe typical engagements and are not guarantees of any specific result, ranking, traffic level, or revenue outcome.

3. Your responsibilities

• Provide accurate information, including a website you own or are authorized to submit.
• Do not use the site to break the law, infringe rights, or attempt to disrupt or reverse engineer it.
• Keep any credentials you share with us current, scoped, and revocable.

4. Intellectual property

The site, our brand, and our tooling — including HIVE, HoneyVector DB, and Beeswax — are owned by HoneyVectors and protected by intellectual property law. Audit deliverables prepared for you may be used internally by your organization; the underlying methods, templates, and software remain ours. You keep ownership of the content and data you supply and grant us a limited license to use it to deliver the service.

5. Fees

Paid engagements are governed by the proposal or order form we sign with you. Where those documents conflict with these Terms, they control for that engagement.

6. Third-party services

The site links to and relies on third-party platforms. We are not responsible for their content, availability, or practices, and your use of them is subject to their own terms.

7. Disclaimers

The site and any free audit are provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant uninterrupted or error-free operation.

8. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, HoneyVectors will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenue, or data. Our total liability arising out of the site or a free audit will not exceed one hundred US dollars (USD $100), or, for paid engagements, the amounts you paid us in the three months before the claim.

9. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify HoneyVectors against claims arising from your misuse of the site, your content, or your breach of these Terms.

10. Termination

We may suspend or end access to the site at any time if these Terms are breached or to protect the service. Sections that by their nature should survive — including intellectual property, disclaimers, liability, and indemnity — will survive.

11. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, USA, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Disputes will be brought in the state or federal courts located there.
